My massage training was done at the Desert Institute Of Healing Arts in Tucson, Arizona. I was fortunate to have studied with amazing teachers and healers from around the United States. My practice was specializing in sports massage and neuromuscular therapy. I was a member of the National AMTA Sports Massage team and I was head of the Iowa Sports Massage Team.

I was led to study Yamuna Body Rolling with Yamuna Zake and her senior teachers in 2000. Yamuna Body Rolling is a practice of Body Sustainability designed by Yamuna Zake. This method uses various size balls to stimulate the bone and align the bones by rolling from origin to insertion. Bone stimulation is key and unique to this method.
We use Yamuna props in Yamuna Foot Fitness to help you restore healthy foot function by creating balance, flexibility, improving circulation, strength and proper gate (walking patterns). Improve your foot health and you revive your entire body.
